BAA Half Marathon
Join Team BMC in the BAA Half Marathon, the final event in the BAA Distance Medley. Over the course of 13.1 miles, runners will tread the streets of Boston, Brookline’s Emerald Necklace and experience the essence of the city—historical, scenic, fun and exciting. Participants will support Boston Medical Center in the fight against the addiction epidemic plaguing our community, raising funds for BMC’s adolescent, young adult and adult substance use programs.
Any runners with outstanding fundraising efforts for the BAA Half Marathon will be noted for future Team BMC events. Special consideration will be given to any Team BMC Boston Marathon applicants who go above and beyond with their BAA Half Marathon fundraising.
Team BMC is comprised of hearty and dedicated athletes from all levels of experience who are excited to represent Boston Medical Center and its mission of exceptional care, without exception. Runners must raise $500 to be a part of Team BMC in the BAA Half Marathon.
Members of Team BMC receive:
- Training program, including access to BMC’s Boston Marathon coach
- Team BMC apparel
- Personalized fundraising pages, making it easy to share with family and friends
- Custom fundraising tips and tricks from staff
- Plenty of content to help you learn more about BMC and the programs you are supporting
