  • $1,886,428 grant from NIH to implement the Massachusetts Health Disparities Monitoring System (Year 1 of 2)
  • $736,684 grant from the NCI for a minority-based community clinical oncology program (Year 1 of 3)
  • $526,343 grant from NIH to prevent HIV in homeless individuals with severe mental illness (Year 1 of 5)
  • $299,911 grant from HRSA for use of a family navigator in families with children newly diagnosed with an autism spectrum disorder (Year 1 of 3)
  • $288,131 grant from the US Administration on Aging for Services to Help at-risk elders age in place (SHARE) (Year 1 of 3)
  • $379,139 grant from Yankee Alliance to implement the electronic Quality and Patient Safety Dashboard and the MedReX on-line medication reconciliation system (Year 1 of 3)
  • $270,000 award from the Sidney R. Baer Foundation for the Metro Boston Jail Diversion Program
