Boston Medical Center is proud to have a team of athletes supporting our mission by participating in the 131st Boston Marathon® presented by Bank of America. As a 2027 Bank of America Boston Marathon Official Charity Program partner, Team BMC runners choose to make their miles even more meaningful by fundraising to make world-class healthcare accessible to all.
How to Join
We’re not just looking for athletes—we are looking for BMC ambassadors who are passionate about our mission. As a Team BMC member, you’ll share BMC with your networks and raise critical funds to support our patients, caregivers, and programs. The 2027 fundraising minimum for accepted participants is $10,000.
Apply online. Our team will review your application and reach out with next steps. We have a limited number of spots, and athletes are accepted on a rolling basis.
Email Team.BMC@bmc.org if you are a 2027 Boston Marathon® qualifier and already have a bib from the B.A.A. The fundraising minimum for 2027 qualified runners is $2,500 and you receive all the same resources and incentives.
