On Sunday, March 22, more than 160 Team BMC walkers participated in the Winter Walk to end homelessness. Together, we raised essential funds to help BMC’s Living Well at Home program ensure patients have a safe place to call home.

Housing is key to good health. Your donations and fundraising make a big impact for patients and families cared for by BMC. Just a few ways Winter Walk funds are supporting patients who are facing housing insecurity and homelessness:

• $25 funds an intake meeting between a Living Well at Home Case Manager and a client experiencing homelessness
• $50 funds a housing stabilization home visit between a Living Well at Home Case Manager and a client experiencing homelessness
• $100 funds a half day of housing search to help house a client experiencing homelessness
• $3,000 provides intensive wraparound services for a year to assist a client experiencing homelessness
