Nominate a Model for Catwalk for Cancer Care
We're searching for up to 15 diverse Boston Medical Center models for the 2024 Catwalk for Cancer Care event on Wednesday, March 27 at Artists for Humanity, 100 W 2nd St, Boston. Nominees should include BMC cancer patient survivors, BMC Cancer Center staff survivors, and/or BMC Cancer Center staff.
Out of an abundance of caution for the health and safety of all event participants, we ask that you please only nominate candidates who are deemed to be in good health standing, and may be willing and able to participate in an in-person event.
Click here to download a patient consent form. As the nominator, you will be contacted in the event that your nominee is chosen as a model. We regret that we cannot choose every patient who is nominated, as the demand is high for a limited number of spots.
